To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download my trip to italy with angina in december 2006, i suffered a heart attack a small one that left me with minimum damage, the doctor discharged me with no follow up appointment. THis june 09 i started to experience chest pain on exertion or stress, then one nite i had it on rest, so i went to the doctor who immediately referred me to a cardiologist i waited 2 months for an app.when i got there i just an assessment and diagosed me with angina and said i will be sent an appointment for an angiogram. In november i went on holiday travelling europe start in athens, i started receiving angina pains on a daily basis at one point at athens airport i thought i was going to die (how true that was)i managed to get to milan and suffered yet another attack i was on a train station at the time, but this time i went icy cold and numbness throughout my body my niece rushed me to hospital, there i was told that another hour i would have been dead, they were absolutely brilliant i was treated immediately, they gave me an angiogram and angio plasty with stent. The Italian doctors were horrified that i wasn’t treated straight away in britain. Comments
