To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Stress induced? Several sites indicate this could have been from stress and a weak immune system. I had a pimple on my left eyebrow that I was concern with getting too large so I gently tried to lance it with a clean needle, but there was no substance near the surface. I didn’t want to acerbate it into a worse condition, so I decided to treat it with acne medications. Three to four days passed with not much change when I noticed late last night I could not pronounce some words clearly. For some reason I thought the pimple was the reason or I was just tired so I decided to see the doctor in the morning. This morning I was given the news of having Bell Palsy and was prescribe a corticosteroid and an antiviral agent. I have now been on this medication for 12 hours and trying to feel positive that my condition will improve. Also I hope by eating better and getting some exercise my immune system will improve and help prevent any recurrences of what ever brought on this Palsy. Several sites indicate a nerve being stressed and with relief normal function has a high percentage of returning; which supports my doctor’s prognoses and prescriptions. I hope to update with each noticeable improvement. Comments
