Living with ED

My husband and I have been married for 25 years. We always had a very active sex life until he had 5 back operations.
He also developed sugar problems and high blood pressure We went to a urologist and he stated my husband had no blood flow to the penis due to both the operations and his medical conditions since the pills never worked we tried the ejections at first they worked now they don’t help at all we are willing to try the expermental surgery to fix the blocked vein or veins that give bloos flow to the penis. We live in Pennsylvania and would like to find a surgeon who preforms this surgery. Can anyone give advice on where to find a surgeon who does this kind of surgery.
